AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING PLANT
First of all I want to thank the organization of the EOI and Linkes, the journey that we shared and the fact that they made possible this experience.
Already in this case, that is the analysis of the visit to Volkswagen, in its ground we could see the way of work and production of models as Lavida or Tiguan. In addition to concepts that we known because of we studied in class. As the lace of activities with which production takes place. Workers perform their functions focused on having the pieces to assemble all parts at the right time.
The whole production line is developed attending to lean manufacturing. Reducing overproduction, waiting time and transport.
We also saw the importance of corporate culture inside the factory.
Therefore, the visit was very interesting, and we could see how is the production process and all the work behind a plant as important as this one.
