  • Structure

    EOI has designed an in-depth training programme in which theory and practice are combined and delivered by business professionals, who introduce a realistic view of management.

    The EOI MBA is divided into two parts:

    :: Course or lecture sessions: The course is delivered in two different stages

    1. The first part, which includes a series of core modules, develops a general overview of all the functional and strategic areas of business in 350 credit hours.
    2. The second part, with 150 credit hours, aims to broaden knowledge of the aerospace industry and the keys to management of this dynamic sector. During this last stage, an International Seminar is organised by the Toulouse Business School.

    :: Project or business plan:
    Running parallel to the course is the development of a business plan, with the full support and guidance of a team of tutors, where students can put into practice all the knowledge, tools and skills acquired in the lecture sessions

    The two stages of the lecture sessions are detailed below:

    First part: Core modules

    The first part involves the study of the different areas of business across a series of compulsory subjects. With 350 credit hours, this stage combines practical case studies with a theoretical approach so that the students learn the key aspects of business management.

    Second part: Specialization

    The MBA Program has a modular structure, and offers the possibility of augmenting the general business management and administration training by specializing in some specific sector or business activity of professional interest so that the students can approach the labour market with specific knowledge and skills.

  • Methodology

    A multiple methodology proven over 50 years 50 year´s experience in training organisation, allows us to offer programmes with a consolidated methodology especially oriented to the needs of our students, and to the requirements of the companies who employ them at the end of the Program.

    It is precisely this experience that has enabled us to develop a complete and integrated method of training, in which each student can create their own agenda within the Masters which is, therefore, always tailored to the initial profile and development of our students.

    The method of teaching postgraduate programmes has been designed on the following elements: Faculty, Theory - Practice Sessions, Case Studies, Business Plans and Special Sessions and Evaluation. The special combination of these elements constitutes the real differential element and added value of EOI, in comparison to other institutions, and is oriented to achieving both maximum academic and personal progress of the student.

    Bringing you closer to the world of business, the EOI postgraduate programmes offer the student integrated training, mirroring business realities: these programmes train the student both in techniques and skills which are founded on a solid theoretical base, and possess an eminently practical approach with a clearly global dimension.

    The Faculty

    The EOI teaching sessions are given by professionals active in various areas of expertise, who bring together theoretical knowledge, wide professional experience and proven educational abilities, enriching the learning of the student by transmitting not only their theoretically based managerial knowledge, but also their own current, real experiences.

    Case Studies

    The case study method, widely used in all the prestigious Business Schools, reflects real situations which have occurred in real companies and show the student strategic decision making situations, which are similar to those they may face when they join the world of employment.

    The Theory - Practice Sessions

    In contrast to other prestigious Business Schools which use the case study only as a teaching method, in EOI we believe that it is important to combine case study with the demonstration of the most recent managerial techniques and trends. This is achieved by our lecturers, business professionals, who explain them with a clearly practical approach. This is then reinforced with the completion of numerous exercises by groups and individuals, to enable the student to acquire solid conceptual basics which can be applied to company management.

    Business Plan

    To further apply acquired knowledge, the students develop a Business Plan in a group setting, directed by a professional from a company specialising in the sphere of the plan. Their Plan will be presented at the end of the course, and its approval is a necessary condition for securing the Masters. The Plan may consist of the creation of a new company, or of the restructuring of the business strategy of an existing company.

    Special Sessions

    In addition to the normal course sessions, the students take part in additional sessions based on the numerous activities which take place in the Business School. These are considered to be of great value to their professional development.


    In our methodology, evaluation and student feedback play a fundamental role in performance monitoring on the Program, and in identifying strenghts and detecting those weaknesses which need attention. The final grading of the Masters is obtained by averaging four parts (three pertain to the lecture sessions, and one to the business plan; the optional work placements do not count towards the grading):

    1. Common modules
    2. International business dimension
    3. Specialization
    4. Business Plan

    The percentage corresponding to each of these parts of the Program is 40%, 15%, 15%, and 30% respectively, and the approval of the Business Plan is a prerequisite for the award of the MBA. Another condition is a minimum of 90% attendance of the lecture sessions.
    The qualification in each Subject is conditional on the following two points:

    1. The evaluation of knowledge tests, completion of exercises, completion of work, etc.
    2. The qualitative assessment of the attitude, interest, participation, etc. of every student, made by the faculty.

    The student’s performance in each subject will also be evaluated in relation to the performance of the group. If a student is among the lowest scoring 15% in that subject, it will be determined that the student has not reached the required standard of performance.

    The Business Plan may be approved, after evaluation by the Director of the Plan, the Director of the MBA, and by an external body of prestigious executives.

  • Faculty

    The Faculty is one of the pillars upon which the success of our Programs is built, and is made up of active professionals with extensive experience and excellent communication skills. Each of the lecturers is submitted to an evaluation by the students, which is born in mind when deciding later participation.

    Their connection with reality means that even the more theoretical sessions are eminently practical and to this we can add their multiple experiences and case studies.

  • Economic Terms

    20 Scholarships + Internships


    EOI believes that economic factors should not be an impediment when deciding the best option for your professional future and has, therefore, made agreements with a number of financial entities to facilitate special financial arrangements for students who wish to apply for our Masters Programs.

    In this way you may pay for the MBA after the Program, by means of deductions direct from your salary. These quotas will amount to only a small percentage of your salary. In addition, EOI provides its students with easy payment facilities which can be made over 6 to 9 monthly instalments, without any additional charges being incurred.


    There is a scholarhip program offered by Fundación SEPI-EADS-EOI covering the total cost of the MBA, directed to youths with an Engineering degree, preferably Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering. Candidates who are waiting to present their end-of-year project will also be admitted to opt.

    Those who are granted the scholarship, apart from receiving the Aerospace MBA at EOI, will also receive a monthly economic aid during the training period. Scholarships provided by EOI are also available (accommodationand academic merit).

  • En el plan estratégico EOI 2020 EOI define su especialización en los campos de la emprendeduría, la tecnología, la internacionalización y la sostenibilidad como principales motores de cambio social y económico. Estos cuatro ejes estratégicos construyen un sistema educativo propio que marca las señas de identidad de EOI al incorporar por primera vez en la Educación Superior en España metodologías innovadoras como son el mobile learning con tecnologías móviles, las técnicas de creatividad de design thinking y el aprendizaje en red con contenidos en abierto.

    Internet es el taller natural donde aprender y emprender una carrera profesional, donde probar ideas, captar talento y compartir proyectos de forma colaborativa. El mundo globalizado requiere de nuevas competencias y habilidades adaptadas a la sociedad en red. En este nuevo entorno, el profesor ya no es el único destinatario de las actividades de los alumnos y las lecciones no suceden de forma exclusiva en el aula como tampoco las prácticas se realizan únicamente en los tiempos de clase. Con internet ya no hay límites de espacio y tiempo en las oportunidades que hasta hace una década solo nos podía ofrecer el aula. Descubrir el camino hacia el conocimiento desde la práctica en grupo y la atención personalizada de tutores experimentados en la resolución de problemas, es la mejor vía para transformar los métodos de enseñanza en laboratorios de aprendizaje. En EOI esto es posible gracias a la dinamización de las interacciones móviles, el prototipado en equipo con técnicas innovadoras de diseño y la creación de contenidos en abierto.

    Los blogs individuales, los sites colectivos de proyecto y las conversaciones en redes sociales son una parte fundamental del sistema de evaluación social del modelo de EOI, como lo son también la integración de los seminarios y las conferencias del programa de actividades abierto a toda su comunidad.

    Un Entorno Personal de Aprendizaje para el trabajo en red, la construcción de conocimiento colectivo y la atención individualizada

    El modelo educativo de EOI funde los entornos físicos y virtuales para convertir EOI en una Escuela Digital, Abierta y Colaborativa. Estos espacios de trabajo fluyen desde el aula virtual basada en Moodle para el encuentro restringido a profesores y alumnos, hasta el trabajo colaborativo y la comunicación digital con Google Apps, pasando por la práctica de publicación abierta en blogs individuales y sites de proyectos colectivos y terminando con el inicio de un nuevo ciclo a partir de la conversación en redes que genera todo el proceso.

    Work in progress y learning by doing

    Este recorrido de inmersión digital en las prácticas de trabajo colaborativo se ven encarnadas en el desarrollo de los proyectos elaborados en grupo que pivotan como eje central de los programas formativos. Estos proyectos nacen y se desarrollan con lógica digital a través de sites públicos donde los alumnos van compartiendo y contrastando los avances de sus ideas desde un enfoque de work in progress que pone énfasis en el proceso y mejora necesariamente el resultado.

    Identidad digital. Profesionales digitales

    La visibilidad de los proyectos y de los alumnos como emprendedores de su propio proceso de aprendizaje es facilitada por la expansión del trabajo realizado en las redes sociales de mayor alcance y difusión en internet: Twitter, Facebook y LinkedIn. A través de la elaboración de sus propios contenidos en los blogs y en los sites de proyectos, los alumnos muestran su conocimiento y aprenden de empresas, inversores y expertos en su campo de especialización en un entorno abierto a la innovación. Gracias a este ecosistema digital, alumnos y profesores extienden la relación de aprendizaje más allá de los límites naturales del aula, comparten conocimiento, interactúan en las redes y trabajan conjuntamente en la creación de proyectos aplicados en un contexto real.

    Tecnologías abiertas para una educación abierta

    Las soluciones tecnológicas del modelo educativo EOI responden necesariamente al enfoque abierto y colaborativo del software libre como garantía de apertura, innovación y sostenibilidad. Esto explica que se utilicen desarrollos como Moodle para el aula virtual, Wordpress para los blogs, LifeRay para la web, Fedora para el repositorio Savia o Android para los dispositivos móviles.

    Construyendo el futuro desde el presente

    Informes internacionales sobre las TIC aplicadas a la educación, entre ellos el The Horizon Report, hablan del aprendizaje en movilidad, la computación en la nube y la simulación con tecnologías digitales como determinantes en el futuro de la Educación Superior. En EOI es una experiencia del presente.

Cuando hayas superado el proceso de admisión, podrás abonar la tasa de reserva para garantizar tu plaza en el programa. Después, deberás enviarnos un email con los siguientes documentos adjuntos: el resguardo del ingreso, el impreso de elección de modalidad de pago y la aceptación del Reglamento General del Alumnado.
