China
China was an unbelievable experience for me. I was very glad to do this trip.
The Chinese culture is so different and this gives a sense on how a very influencing country lives. It is very hard to be in a country where they don’t speak English or Spanish.
I would like to talk a little bit about the China’s growth.
After being in China and listening to all the lectures I know now that China’s growth indicator are not really clear. I have seen the documents where they say the following:
“Don’t believe the hype”
China is known for overestimating its growth rates so that investors can come and insert their money in this economy. This numbers are very big for a country that is losing steam. Chinese people now want to have apartment, cars and live more comfortably which means labor cost in China has gone up. Now there are other countries like India that have cheaper labor.
Anyways, China is an incredible country with lots of good people. I would be glad to go back there and get to know places I didn’t have time to go.
